With over 70 years of trading, and nearly 800 staff throughout the Group, our experience has taught us that our employees are our greatest asset. As an Investor in People we support and nurture our staff, allowing them to be the best that they can be.
Throughout the Group we have a nationwide branch structure which is supported by centralised operational functions made up as follows:
Branch
Our network of 27 branches, throughout the United Kingdom, continues to grow; we have offices from Scotland to Manchester, North Wales to London, and all the way down to Falmouth, in Cornwall. Those at the sharp end of the business our Branch Managers, Section Managers and Administrators need to remain at the top of their game.
Office Support
Our Head Office is located in Solihull and consists of five departments all offering different, but integral, support services to the Group:
Accounts;
Facilities;
Human Resources;
IT;
Secretarial Support.
Additionally our Contact Centre, based in Hanley, offers an excellent, out of hours, customer service to new and existing customers covering:
Hire Purchase;
Central Recovery (Debt Management);
Debt Recovery – Court.
GRADUATES
